About the Guest House
Located on Wacky Nut Farm Equestrian Center, our Guest House provides lovely and spacious accommodations for those visiting the island, whether attending an equestrian clinic, out-of-towners looking for a unique and relaxing place to stay, or islanders in need of a comfortable place to lodge family or friends. Anyone staying in our spacious and well-equipped Guest House can enjoy the serene, country setting. Three bedrooms all with their own private bathroom make this unique and beautifully decorated 1700 square foot space well suited for small parties of two or large family gatherings (maximum of eight).
Walking and riding trails are located throughout our quiet forested neighborhood. A ten minute walk takes you to either Rockaway Beach or Blakely Harbor which have views of the Cascades looking back at the Seattle skyline.
Accomodations & Amenities
Accomodations:
- Comfortably furnished, our 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom Guest House is a spacious 1700 square feet, located within sight of the stables and pastures.
- The Guest House has a large common area with a dining table, sitting area with TV and a partial galley kitchen equipped with toaster oven, microwave, single induction burner, full-size fridge, along with dinner & cookware.

- No refund for cancellations received less than 1 week in advance

Rooms & Rates
Three guest rooms, a common area and laundry room: 2 guest rooms with Queen size beds and private baths, 1 bunk room with 4 XL bunks and bath.
This spacious and beautifully furnished farm house has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, down comforter/pillows, and private sitting areas so you feel right at home. The private bathrooms in each room offer a full bath and shower The third bedroom is a charming bunkroom with four extra large bunks that are comfortable for adults. It also has its own bathroom.
When you rent a single or double room, or the entire guest house, you will have use of the spacious common area and the laundry facilities downstairs.
Rates per night:
- Single room: $200 + 11.2% sales tax ($222.00) Maximum 2 adults
- Double room rate: $300 + 11.2% sales tax ($333.00) Maximum 4 Adults
- Entire Guest House: $400 + 11.2% sales tax ($444.00) Maximum 8 Adults

This spacious and beautifully furnished bedroom has a luxurious queen size bed, down comforter/pillows, and antique desk and sitting area. The private bathroom offers a full bath and shower. Watch our horses outdoors, through the French doors off the balcony of your bedroom.

QUEEN SIZE BED WITH PRIVATE BATH
This cozy bedroom offers a deluxe queen size bed, down comforter/pillows and rustic sitting area. The private bathroom offers a full bath and shower. Your bedroom window provides a view out to the community garden abundant with flowers, seasonal produce and fruit trees.
