A sustainably designed, environmentally friendly
equestrian facility – Located on south Bainbridge
Island, Wacky Nut Farm is just 12 minutes from the
Seattle Winslow ferry. The 20-acre farm is situated on
a sunny hillside, tucked into a quiet, peaceful location
above Blakely Harbor. Our farm aligns with environmentally
conscious practices that protect water quality,
natural resources and the health of both animals and
people. The farm property provides a safe haven for our
horses, riders and local wildlife. Please see our

- 80 x 200 Covered Arena with state of the art footing
- Regulation size all–weather outdoor dressage arena
- 12 x 12 and 12 x 15 stalls with adjoining outdoor paddocks
- Heated tack room with individual tack lockers

Our on-site Guest House is available to rent – either the entire guest house or an individual room – and overlooks the Wacky Nut Farm Equestrian Center. It has two lovely guest rooms and a spacious common room. It is available to those taking riding lessons, attending an equestrian training clinic, out-of-towners looking for a unique and relaxing place to stay or islanders in need of a comfortable place to lodge family or friends. Numerous riding and walking trails are available for your enjoyment in our quiet neighborhood. A 15–minute stroll will take you to a Bainbridge Island waterfront park which provides a view of the Seattle skyline. |
